Room Rates for 2012 - same price as 2011
Please note that all rates are per room per night, including full Scottish breakfast. The rate reduces when the room is occupied by a single person only. Ask about weekend break rates as available - two nights or more, for dinner B&B, when staying on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday only.

- Rates are per room per night – therefore children stay free in parents' room.
