Reservation Policy – Accommodation
All accommodation reservations must be confirmed by the provision of valid credit card details to guarantee the booking.  No payment will be debited until the point of departure.

Cancellation Policy - Accommodation
Should it be necessary for a booking to be cancelled, our cancellation policy is that a 100% charge of the room(s) rate will be made, should the reservation be cancelled within 48 hours of the arrival date.  A 50% charge will be made, if the reservation is cancelled within one week of the arrival date.

Check in
Craigard House Hotel is flexible in offering accommodation as and when required.  While the standard check in time is 2.30 pm, we recognise that many people will require an early or late arrival.  For early arrivals we will take luggage to the room and ensure that this room is serviced as a priority. 

For late arrivals, should dinner be required, please phone ahead and advise your estimated arrival time, and we will make every effort to keep the Restaurant open for you – or alternatively provide an agreed meal upon arrival.

Check out
Standard check out time is 12 noon, by which time all guest rooms should be vacated. In exceptional circumstances, please discuss with Lori or Roger.  Early check outs (and breakfasts) can be accommodated – please just ask.  Sometimes it may be more convenient to check out the evening before departure. Again we are flexible in this respect.

Smoking Policy
In line with legislation, Craigard House Hotel's public areas are strictly no smoking areas.  We would request that guests please respect this policy in all hotel bedrooms, as the Craigard House Hotel is a smoke-free zone.

Pet Policy
The Craigard House Hotel is obviously pet friendly, as seen from the website.  However, any animal welcomed to the hotel must be well-behaved, house-trained, and, in general, kept out of the public areas.  Please – no snakes or creepy crawlies!!!
